Before we came here we had heard about the crazy Italian Mosquitos. But when we first got here we didn’t see a single one. As the time went on we started having some more rainy days. That’s when we’d go to the more wooded parks around Carpi and we started getting eaten alive! A couple of days ago we found a cool park with a zip line and while we were all playing poor Crosby got two bites right by his eye. The next morning when he woke up it looked like he had gotten socked in the eyeball! Luckily, as the day has gone on, its much less swollen and doesn’t seem to bother him. Looks like we’re going to have to buy some bug spray. Hmmm… How do you say bug spray in Italian?
Poor poor Crosby. When Liz and Aunt B were little they would swell up like balloons whenever they got bit. It was awful. Crosby has awesome eyes.
He looked like his Aunty Patsy when her eye swole shut!
